Hostal Mendoza - Madrid

This place suits me perfectly. It offers great amenities like wi-fi, air conditioning, and luggage storage. I remember the staff helping me with a phone charger on my first visit. I highly recommend checking in early for better service. I'm coming back for a romantic escape.

Responsive staff and new-fashioned rooms, we had a very pleasant experience. Our room had a comfortable bed and a good view. The public parking was nearby, good service. Everything was simply nice.

It was clean, staff was genuinely helpful. The location was perfect for traveling around Madrid, adjacent to Gran Via and Plaza del Sol ... perfect located, Madrid for three days because of the biggest snowfall of the last 50 years, and an alley beside the main commercial street. We had a good stay in a long time.

The stay was enjoyable, especially due to the spacious room that provided comfort for our group. We loved having a reliable hot water supply in the bathroom, which was great after long days out. Being so close to popular sites like Gran Via and various parks added immense value to our stay, allowing us to easily explore without needing transportation. Plus, the water station just outside our room was a nice perk for staying hydrated while roaming around the city.

everything was great, friendly service, magnificent location short walk to airport by public transport, hostal mendoza, and the center of madridclean. the room i booked was silent and had an extremely comfy bed, slept well. i greatly enjoyed nice stay here and recommend this hotel.

Location nailed it. Just steps from Gran Via, everything I wanted to see was within walking distance. The bed felt great after long days exploring. The room was small but clean and bright, offering comfort at a reasonable price. Some issues popped up though. The building felt old and a bit dark at times. Room cleaning wasn't daily, which didn't bother me too much, but fresh towels would have been a nice touch. The key to the building door didn't work well either, causing some frustration. Still, I liked how peaceful it was at night despite the busy streets nearby.

The location near Gran Via is perfect, but the hotel is difficult to find, requiring a dark staircase.

Our check-in experience was quite frustrating. Upon arrival, no one answered the door bell, leaving us waiting outside for quite a while. It was disappointing that the receptionist seemed indifferent to the situation, insisting it was our fault for ringing improperly, even though we had finally interacted with a different staff member to gain entry.

The Standard Double Room was pretty comfy! The bed felt nice, and the place was clean and bright. I loved the fact there was a water station near the corridor. It's a bit on the smaller side, but the location was spot on-just steps from Gran Vía, so easy access to everything!

Quiet and spacious deluxe room with a private bathroom 🛁. the hotel is conveniently located right across from a Primark store, making it super central and easy to find.
